Owning a family-run garage was always a dream for Colin the owner. He always had an interest in vehicles and repairing them from a young age. Once leaving school he worked at Walon BMW Transporters and from here moved on to Charlie Browns in Doncaster. Whilst working here he decided that it was time to set up on his own and in 2007 he and his wife Cheree opened up B & W Auto Centre in Rossington.
They had an uncle working for them too and also their young daughter Chelsea took a role in the business as well by working around the centre and doing their tyre work.
They also took on Lynden and another Colin to assist with the workloads in 2009.
In 2010 they achieved qualifications which allowed them to open up an MOT centre as part of their business and Colin (2) who is called Gerry to avoid confusion took on the role of an MOT specialist as well as Colin (owner).
From here a local garage just around the corner Nidge Hines closed down and they bought up the property and opened up their fast fit tyre centre and incorporated another MOT centre there as well.
They also have an association with Fotre and are also members of the good garage scheme.
A family-run, independent garage in Rossington
One of the main things that they wanted to achieve was offering a great service to local people and offering competitive pricing to go with this. This they have achieved over the years as you can see from the testimonials that have been left by previous clients.
They also have a hobby of car restorations and have restored Triumph stags, Minis, and Escorts, they are currently working on an MK1 escort and another project oof a Jenson Interceptor, which has been started.
They endeavour to offer this service to all people in the local areas and welcome any new business to their long list of happy clients.
